Beers
We are big fans of real Trappist beers and we shall be stocking our favourites, which can be hard to find in the UK. As with the wine, the range will be something of a moveable feast: the benefits of using small production specialists is obvious, although continuity can suffer. However, we look upon variety as very much the spice of life! We shall change the range frequently because life is too short and they make so many good ones – one would hate to miss out!
